Telor Balado (Balado Egg )

I know it has been sometime since my last post for recipe. I have been so busy and really have no time to sit down and write my blog.
But, today, I am glad that I can sit in front of my lap top and write my blog again. I really miss to share recipe to you all. So that you and I can always enjoy good home-cooked foo
For some of you might be familiar with this dish. This is really my favorite! I can even only steam rice with this dish! Love the sauce too! It is spicy but still you can adjust how spicy you want. TELOR BALADO (BALADO EGG)
Let's check the recipe below:
Telor Balado (Balado Egg)

5 Eggs, boiled.
4 Fresno Pepper (Red Jalapeno), throw the seeds
7 Red chili, throw the seeds
5 clove garlics
8 shallots (small size)
2 candle nuts
1 bay leave
1 cm galangal
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbs palm sugar/coconut sugar
1 lemon grass (smash)
2 tbs tamarind sauce
2 cm ginger
Cooking oil
- Heat the pan and add cooking oil. Deep fried those boil eggs. Put aside.
- Puree fresno pepper, chili, garlics, shallots, candle nuts, salt and ginger. Put aside.
- Heat the pan, add cooking oil. Sautee Puree ingredients until smell fragrant, add smashed lemon grass, bay leave and galangal. Mix well.
- Add palm sugar and tamarind sauce. Make sure all mix well.
- Add in those fried eggs, mix well.
- Serve with steam rice or yellow rice.
