Jap Chae (Korean Glass Noodle)
I am so sorry for the delay of posting new recipe here. Now you should understand why my nick name is The Lazy Mom.
One of my friends asked me if I can share Jap Chae (Korean Glass Noodle) recipe.

Ingredients:
- 250 gr Korean sweet potato starch noodle
- 1 carrot (thinly sliced into sticks)
- 1 medium yellow onion (Thinly sliced)
- 100g fresh shiitake mushroom – cleaned, stems removed and thinly sliced ( I did not use this because I forget to provide it)
- Spring onion (cut into smaller size)
- Fresno Chili/ Red bell pepper (cut into stick shape)
- Spring onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 tbs Sesame seed
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- 2 eggs
- salt
- 100 gr bulgogi
Marinade Ingredients:
- 4tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 tbs brown sugar
- 1 tbs sesame oil
Method:

- Boil some water on a large pot. Once it is boiled, add the noodle and boil them for 7-8 mins.
- Drain the noodle and put aside.
- In a large pot, marinade the noodle with marinade ingredients. Leave it for 10 minutes
- Heat the pan, add cooking oil and cook scramble eggs and later cut into sticks shape. Put aside.
- Heat the pan, add cooking oil, stir fry yellow onion. Add carrot and keep stir fry and at the end add Fresno chili/Red bell pepper. Add salt and Mix well.
- Until all cooked, add in spring onion and the scramble egg. Mix and the bulgogi.
- Lastly, add the noodle (Which has been marinated). Mix well.
- Jap Chae is ready to serve!
