Sweet and Sour Prawn (Udang Asam Manis)

'Hmmm... Smell Nice!!!"
That's what my husband often said when he come back home from the office and this sentence always encourage me to cook more! Not only him tough, but also my kids! Whenever they said, "Mom, it smell so nice! Make me hungry!"
It is really encouraging this lazy mom to cook more!

I really love prawn! Especially when it is cooked with French Beans!
But... I also love it when it is cooked this way!

I was not so sure if my husband and my kids will like this but oh yeah! They love it!

You want to try it? So easy and simple! 

Sweet and Sour Prawn

2 pounds prawn, wash and clean it and throw the head, keep their tails.
1 Onion, thinly sliced.
4 tbs sweet soy sauce
1 tomato, cut into 5
3 cloves shallots, puree
5 cloves garlics, puree
Spring Onion, cut into small pieces
100 ml water
Cooking oil

- Heat the pan, add cooking oil,  add onion, shallots and garlics, mix until smell nice.
- Add tomato, and then prawn, mix until prawns change color.
- Add sweet soy sauce, salt and water mix again.
- Wait until the water boil and all cook, add spring onion and ready to serve
