Lazy Mom's Fried Noodle

Your family is asking for Fried Noodle for dinner?
And you think it will need to prepare so many thing?

I give you the solution.. This is my fried noodle and everybody was happy when they have this :)

FRIED NOODLE


















Ingredients: 

1 pack cooked noodle
1 pack cooked meat ball, cut into smaller size, put aside
(You can use  chicken, beef or seafood to replace the meat ball)
6 eggs, mix and fry, put a little amount of salt and scramble, put aside
2 green onions, cut it small
4 cloves garlic, mince
3 cloves shallot, thinly cut
Bok Choy, cut into smaller (you can use Chai Sim)
1 pack extra firm tofu, cut into small cube and fry. Put aside.
5 tbs Sweet Soy sauce (you can adjust how much you need)
2 tbs Soy Sauce
salt
oil for cooking


Methods:

Heat the pan, and cook the egg, put aside.
Heat the pan, fry the tofu, put aside.

Prepare one pan with boiling water, put inside the noodle and let it be inside for 3 minutes, and drain it. (or follow the instruction of the noodle that you buy)

Heat the pan, put oil, stir the garlic and shallot until the color change to golden, add the meat ball (or another meat) until it is cooked.

Add tofu and egg and also the noodle. Add Sweet soy sauce and soy sauce, mix well.

Add green onion and Bok Choy and mix until the veggie is cooked.

And your Fried Noodle is ready!

Serve warm and you can add fried shallot on the top of the noodle!
